Hi Craig,
Those are trading bands.
If at the top you can assume the stock to pullback and if at the bottom you can assume that to be a low.
Does that make sense?

Craig,

Top, medium, bottom refer to the distribution on the bell curve. Top = 100% overbought, medium=equal distibution, and bottom=100% oversold.
Remember, these bells will have tails in either direction. I believe LU is above the top and the curve will soon have to be adjusted up.
