FAMH news is merely a reverse split from what I read also if the FAMH stock is too high then the shareholders will get less value depending on the NASDAQ stock price. Think about it before you get overly excited. 4 to 1 is a reverse split regardless. Now if it is about to be delisted what is the share price?

I personally will let FAMH do what it does. I hope the share price of the NASDAQ stock is at least 4 times the FAMH value when it does this glorified stock transaction. If it is not then you lose money

Maybe I am readin it wrong
