This latest company (Premiere) is no shlock ho hum company either. I checked them out, they recently aquired Xpedite Systems which doubled the size of Premier to a 400 million company with a market cap well into 1 billion dollars. They trade on the Nasdaq with an average of 600,000 shares a day at around $30.00 a share. The reason I point this out is companies like Premiere have a ton of shareholders and institutions that need the information TSIS provides. Premiere also has their own fax back and communication service for their shareholders, so why do they need Interactive Telesis? Because TSIS can provide a customized service that is much more efficient and economical. I thought that was interesting!!
