Scott, I read it now. Makes you want to say "hmmmm." Here is a co. rolling in so much cash that they can't reinvest it, so they are buying back stock. So why do they have to borrow money? The answer is a simple one: the stock buyback bit is a scam that IBM and Coke and other cos are using to fool investors. These folks still need capital even in the "best of times." And they are using their cash flow for manipulating the stock, which means they have to borrow to fund needed spending. MB
