Good explanation Matty - I suspect that ESVS/Zulu-tek is in the process of putting out the business plan, financials, and technology base to make them bigger kids on the block with the combined resources of Echomedia, Softbank Interactive, NB Digital, and strategic alliances like Universal Commerce.

Watch for ESVS's 8K to be filed and maybe avail by Monday on EDGAR.

Wearing the price of one's stock as a badge is a wee bit different than declaring the company is losing money because of the decline in the price of the stock. As far as implying the valuation of the company affects their ability to garner business, I'd agree to some extent, IF, this were a reporting company. No one knows the shares out, if any Reg S is out, the liabilities, etc. Knowing the price of this stock doesn't get you very close to knowing the valuation. Anyway, I'll assume you get my point that the company already made their money when they sold the stock initially, those people that bought those shares are the true investors in the company, i.e., the money went to the company. After that, it's just a market trading the shares back and forth.

I am out but watching!!
