Steve G & Stitch: Did not have time to read your posts yesterday. You both brought up several important points. I want to add comparison of IBM and Dell in PC arena. IBM has all the PC technologies since the beginning while Dell does not have much technology compared with IBM. Do you remember that we used to buy PC from a local PC shop? I am not talking about Comp USA or Best Buy. I am talking about small PC shop where you get one PC assembled on the spot. To certain extent, Dell is a like a mega-magnified PC shop with Michael Dell's great enterprise vision and execution. Dell outsells IBM today in PC arena. It is more than technology that makes company successful. All said, the rumor may still not materialize. John
