Here's the problem...ISLI went parabolic the last week of December because money managers wanted to show it in their portfolios. Y2K companies were chic and it had a great run last year. Now it's way down for the year and nobody wants to show a loser in their portfolio at the end of the quarter. In my opinion, the short term performance driven managers dumped their ISLI holdings and longer term oriented have been accumulating at these levels. Once this quarter ends, we may see the short term guys jump back in at these lower levels, because there are very few undervalued high growth stocks left to pick over in this market. Regards
