However, negotiations are underway to have private long-term investors buy out the debenture holders' interests, and CVI does not believe this type of financing will be necessary again. << Boy do I HATE REG S deals. Looks like they have already had there fun with this stock. After all, it is currently trading at .015 to .017. Reg S bandits may try and take it up a gain so they can get more shares. Watch out for this one. Cary
