Tom......Could you, if you know, tell me what the problem/criteria the company is not in compliance with.....Is it the fact that the market cap is only 16 mil. and needs to be at least 35 mil...... Zorro do you know ? Thanks, RJD

Thanks, Tom. CAWS just went through a similar delisting last month and its price has remained depressed ever since. Also very poor volume to say the least... Good luck to all with PCTV.

Tom, I wonder if it's worth revivi this thread? I've been looking at PCTV's web site pchoicetv.com and they've reworked it. Looking under financials, I was surprised to see some large new shareholders. Most of these transactions took place in Feb. Robert Flemming, Inc aquired 1,242,850 shares or 9.6% FMR Corp aquired 707,502 shares or 5.46% (Fidelity Advisor Strategic Fund) BCI Growth III 971,974 shares or 7.5% Alda Multichannel Ltd increased shares 441,600 to 888,827 or +5% Alda is a vehicle for the Oristano family and they also own individually shares: Mathew Oristano 1,249,700 Mark Oristano 105,809 Michael Oristano 132,261 Vistor Oristano 114,113 Total 1,601,883 which should be about 10% So, it seems to me that this shows somebody thinks this is a good investment. That's about 27% of the stock added in the last 3 months. I don't know yet who the other major holders are, but I do know Mutual Beacon holds shares. Any thoughts? Regards, Mark
