My banks been offering on-line service for 6 months (Bank of America).

I've had on-line service with B of A since 1984. Where have you been hiding?

I used Bank of America on-line. I keep getting late charges on my accounts because the payments keep getting lost. Funny 2 out 3 payments are to my Bank of America accounts (my VISA and APOLLO accounts). It seems to me that they can transfer funds to themselves without losing them.
