To All:
Back when MFS split off from D several managers (big D holders) who where brought up in the construction biz didn't understand the MFS concept & plan. Many dumped their MFS stock as soon as they could because they thought if way a bad investment (one even had special language that his shares had a floor price).
Thier is still some of that thought train around the construction side of the company. 3.5 million shares is small potatoes for several in this group.
I also heard rumor that the 15 million shares held by US Bankcorp has been held in trust for quite some time but is being reported now to meet the SEC requirements prior to listing.
I am also a 20+ year Kiewit employee and am in it for the long haul.
