Here are my projections:

Message 3688148

The rationale will take me a while to document. Suffice it to say
near term that a margin squeeze and transitioning from a high growth
mid-cap to a solid growth (30 percent) large cap is the overarching
theme that I see and have analyzed. Currently there is clearly excess
capacity in almost all segments of the computer industry. As the move to smaller geometries in ICs (25 micron and smaller) and new multimedia (DVD / 3D graphics) will make some of this capacity
obsolete within 5-6 months and we should see a more equilibrium
supply demand curve for computer equipment.

FWIW, I expect DELL to close around 64 at the time of option
expiration - Next Friday. Moves up and down several points potentially
prior to expiration.
