Denise,

You bring up a number of topics; I will try to respond to them;

>>> until the fundamentals may change

As we go through this transition period the same time as computer
architecture is changing (smaller geometries, thin client / fat server
it is really hard for me to fully grasp the fundamentals)

>>> too risky to continue holding a stock with p/e of 50

That is the reason that folks like JANUS funds (the biggest Institutional holder are quietly reducing their position)

>>> not to pay too much weight on managment's positive comments.

The analysts have not put much weight on comments. Average earnings
have been downgraded by 10 percent for the next two Fiscal years by
some analysts (Bear Stearns for one I think). This is not inconsequential and I think reflect th upcoming margin squeeze in the
industry.

>>> Sadly, the individuals tend to
be the last to pull out, cause they tend to be "married to the stock"

Well the individual investors have had a good run with this stock

>>> you buy calls and puts cause of the large time premium

No, I sell options to collect the time premium. There is an art to
doing this without exposing yourself to unlimited risk using a
variety of spread strategies and watching VERY carefully. That is why
I couldn't suggest this to anyone else.

Tried to respond to the issues.
