They are in the process of building themselves into a Multimedia player. So far, three aquisitions this year - possibly another four before year end. They have a replication plant in the UK (former Cinram division) and related development groups in the Netherlands. What they don't yet have is real on-line capabilities. Once they have that, I think they will be a real powerhouse in the US (and abroad). From what I hear, good people, good management, good plans. Worth taking a close look at.
