options trading, especially in the thinly traded stocks can be an excellent indicator of the future.
CACC options JUMPED,(i unfortunately sold them into the strength) while stock price was average.. for a few days, the 5s and 7.5s were being gobbled @ the ask even when they went up..
stock was about 5 1/4...
a few days later..the stock soared to $8s... this is indicative of someone knowing something. i held my long position (4500 shares) and while breaking even on options... made money on the stock...
anyway, have a good one..
ohh the news that came out was insider buying...
this was a while ago, but IMO the best example..
