I hope you are right, but this is normally near the top of WES's value unless they can break out and go to new highs of course. Over the last couple of years, they've certainly tried enough to get past about 23. Always something pulled it back. In the past, I think it was mostly interest rate hikes. Now, with interest rates stable to low and so many new home companies getting good business, strong refinancing business, etc. I hope you are right.

I think the fact that so much of the stock is held by the CEO must hold this one back from achieving more. Afterall, in this time of consolidation, I doubt WES can be bought.

And adding a little more to my WES position today. Under 12 seems an okay buy price to me. Obviously, -g-, since I've been buying at much higher prices. Paul Senior
