Mike:

It is not a bad thing, it is a good thing. Some of us have just about mortgaged our houses. The issue was (repeat was) the buy in prices levied against us. An example is two days ago the stock closed at 29 & change and Waldron orchestrated a buy-in at $36/share- illegal as hell , but it takes time to recover it through the court system and Waldron ay not be in existence by then. Since there are no borrows, one must sell the stock naked (w/o a borrow). We will see very soon weather the heartache was worth it. ttys, Auric
