I agree that Schmidt has probably been working on this for a while before it was announced but I also suspect they knew about the class action a while before it was announced. Probably about the same time Schmidt started searching the bench for a sub. Still, this whole thing was obviously done very hastily. I don't think it would be a stretch for Schmidt to have located Raney within the time since the suit was first announced, especially if he was already in JY's black book and JY knew he was available. Rich
