The warrant call should remove any lingering barrier to NMS status, and that should remove any lingering barrier for brokerages like Schwab that don't allow margin yet. The last time I checked, the only MM clearing more TAVA shares than Schwab's Mayer S. was Herzog. So if Schwab goes marginable on Tava, we could pop a $1 to the upside very quickly. Also, NMS should finally bring in the regional brokerages and their "buy" recs. Plus, recall that the Beck announcement promised some more utility contracts, and we're past due on those. Gee, and a build up in short interest, too. I guess I'll save my new thoughts on Coke for next week.

More mis-information. Have you ever shorted a stock? I have.

You are wrong. In fact very wrong.

YOU DO NOT GET THE MONEY! You cannot touch any of it until your trade is profitable. You simply carry a short credit as a journal entry. If the trade goes your way (i.e. THE STOCK DROPS IN PRICE) then the profits (only) are journaled into your cash or margin account. If the stock goes up, you need to put-up more margin to maintain your position.

With 1000 TAVAW, you don't even have the margin power to short a stock.
