Oh but wouldn't that be something?! Share holders go out and push the stock up to a buck next week. Then 4 for 1, what a deal. I think they usually average the price over a 10 day period or something. There are many ways to do it I guess. Maybe he is talking 4 for 1 at today's price? All of this is just guessing until we see something concrete. Still going......If it was at today's price. What would happen if it did go to .75 tomorrow? Would those shares kinda get the shaft? If the stock is .50 now and we get one share of the new company at $2.00, based on the 4 for 1, share holders as of 3/12/98. Then, tomorrow the price goes to .75, they would still be worth 4 shares @ $2.00 right? Just wondering. KZAP
