If I am excercized I make the profit before 22 months and therefore a greater annualized yield. Yes, if stock falls I lose money but less than if I bought stock outright. This strategy is for ultra conservative investors wishing to make 25 % or so per year. Therefore the strategy requires diversification over many different issues and time frames.
