Observer, I agree. I should have began with: FWIW. Although, to see
the additional 20,000 share insider purchase just recently looks more supportive.

Layzell is fairly new to Red Brick which explains his minimal stock ownership. He was granted significant options during '97 but they have just begun to vest. Bottom line...you can rest easier knowing that Layzell does have the equity motivation you think he should have. The details of his grants will be available in the proxy soon.
