Dell's 'Shelf offering'-Nothing like some cheap cash.

I believe what Mr.Meridith says make sense (yeah,like he needs my approval, right?<gg>). Can't blame them for filing for this shelf- offering considering the present interest rate scenario.Look at the long-bond rates hovering below 6% and there is talk about it going to 5.5% or below. Nothing like some cheap cash, no point in going to the banks.
