Hey - don't forget me! I'm happily biased. I'm biased toward supporting my own beliefs, which are based on experience, observations and analysis.

If this was all a perfect world, every stock analyst would have HUGE returns. It's not - there are so many factors, many of them random.

Why bother being objective? Where does that get you?

Anyway, my HUGELY biased opinion is that SEBL will have troubles with the implementation and integration aspects of the acquisition. I've seen no one think otherwise - except for certain small subsets of SEBL employees and Melissa.

That trouble spells opportunity for VNTV and CLFY - and may negatively impact SEBL for awhile.

I've lived through more than one acquisition of companies of roughly equal size. It's very, very distracting and problematic. I think if SEBL were acquiring a company 1/10 of its size, the issues would be smaller. But, SEBL is what, 2X SCOP? And that is too close for comfort.
