Number of shares in float: 1.3MM

We will be releasing our 1997 audit the first week in April.

The new web page should more clearly define the Company. I can assure that the two largest shareholders have not sold shares since day one. Elliot and myself have a sizeable portion of our net worth tied up in this Company and we are committed to it's success.
