I am not taking potshots just reading the news release. A company that reverses off the OTC has to hold the price of $4.00 or be delisted on Nasdaq for 21 trading days. Now since that is the main focus of NASDAQ like unreporting is on OTC I have to assume the NASDAQ stock is less that the required listed price which is why it is being delisted

Now regardless of anything else why would I buy FAMH knowing 75% of the stock I am buying I am going to have to surrender in this merger?

Simple as that really ... Now maybe you do not have a problem with that but I do. I heard FAMH was going NASDAQ and I going to buy in till I read the news release.

Wish you luck.
