CB, This company is organized as a 504 reg D Corp. As such, it's not easy to obtain info. And it is even more difficult to obtain accurate info. For example, your broker is behind the times. The company had shares outstanding of 6.8 million back in 1996 as reported by mktvision. The company completed a pp in Feb, 19997 with Meyerson. I expect that the company issued to Meyerson and additional shares along the way. So I assume that the outstanding is higher than your broker reports.
