>psychologically a stock selling at $5.00 sounds better than $1.00

What about a stock selling at $3?

The reverse split is a bad idea. Management is taking the easy way out to stay listed.

What is so bad about the OTC Bulletin Board? Do the current MM's lose the ability to make a market in ADSO if its on the BB? If so, then they're the only ones who will lose on de-listing.

Has anyone received the proxy yet? I know my vote won't make a difference, however, the only 'Y'es vote that will be on my proxy will be for the accountants.

Does anyone know if current management has purchased any shares of ADSO?

50% decline since announcement of the split. Looks like ADSO will be at $2.50 post-split (and not marginable). I wonder if ADSO would have still been at 50c if they were on the OTC BB?

More bad news -- we now have 5,000 share trading days to look foward to.
