Klinetime:
Some more info:
Since November 1995, the Company has acquired 51 rigs in three transactions. FWA was acquired in November 1995 for $12.9 million net cash, Viersen in August 1996 for approximately $14.5 million (consisting of $6 million cash, a two-year $8.0 million note and warrants to purchase Common Stock at $15 per share) and the contract drilling business of Quarles in January 1997 for $16.2 million (consisting of $8.1 million cash and shares of Common Stock having a value of $8.1 million).
Oil is down. The number of shares of stock is accurate from what was
stated before. To me this looks like a buy.I'm buying and will buy
more. It looks so good ,but why is it low and stays low it's scary.
Dennis
