I think in the case of Mormons you mean polygamy. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who wants multiple spouses should be free to go for it.

FWIW, I also think you should be free to hire and fire anyone you want for any reason. Same for landlords being forced to rent to tenants who they would prefer not to.
