DELL has announced that they will start building two new production facilities. When they borrow cash to construct facilities, the new factories become part of book, no?

If the company can borrow money at 8-10% (or less) and use their cash on hand to make >50% buying back shares, I would call that a pretty fair trade!

Regards, 3.

I have retyped the article in MSFT Word. Unfortunately, it is much too long for SI. Furthermore, I'm not sure about the copyright implications of copying it here. So.... If you would like me to email you a copy, please send me a 'private message' here on SI.

Please note... It is a LONG article, and will take some time to download. So if you ask for it, be patient when it starts to come in.
