It appears that there is another Bank of Commerce [BCOM] in Indonesia that is in no way connected to our BCOM in San Diego, and Yahoo and others including me got the two confused. This is the word I got from someone that follows BCOM on the Motley Fools Board. Bank of Commerce is not involved in Indonesia at all, the reporting of this relates to another bank with the same name...in fact, Bank of Commerce's lending is completely limited to the United States. Unfortunately, the majority of news search engines present on the web are not clever enough (yet) to sort the news of two companies with names that are very similar (and very unfortunately in this case, the same...) Hope that helps! :) -Brent- My apologies to all for my part in perpetuating the confusion. Please note that the Yahoo news releases concerning the merger talks between BCOM and RHB Indonesia have been removed. I suppose someone pointed out the mistaken BCOM identity to Yahoo. I am also trying to alert our BCOM in San Diego to the potential problem of their corporate identity with BCOM-Indonesia just in case they don't already know, as well as suggest to them that they issue a press release to clear their good name. The good news is that our BCOM did not have any dealings with Indonesia, and am glad that this confusion is behind us. Tulvio
