I listened to the conference call. Kelly did say that formf was still undervalued compared to other software companies.

The accelerated payments will decrease the bottom line for a few quarters, but it's better for the company in the long run.

Doesn't seem to make a great deal of difference to me.
However it probably indicates that there are no active
acquistion discussions because there would be little point in
making such an announcement in that case.
