you sound like you are writing a 007 movie.
You are right about merging Libra with another Dundee. they have put off spinning off until something happens(can arrange a deal) and they are very hush about it, but the delay is not with the exchange. The only reason that dundee unloaded was to allow management to load up and remember Ned Goodman of Dundee is best buds with Paul Carroll. you will not see Dundee buying up stock out of the float at cheaper prices. management holds 35% of stock. The settlement is very close and not much is being said, they did want the price down here to do the deal and whatever else they have on the move. we will see everything come out at once i think and only then will the stock come out of its sleep.
