I think Loren has already stated that ADGI is a legitimate company as the meeting yesterday indicated. What you are trying to do is to dig up dirt on the principals and by association smear the company. I submit that there is no dirt to dig up. IOW put up or shut up.

I have been in this stock since July, 1996. I've seen this stock make these runs several times in the past. $.10 has been the wall on the upside a couple of times before. Like many other pennies this stock usually runs in advance of some anticipated developments or news (first earnings announcement, big investor meeting). Once the event has gone and past the sellers have come in and taken the price back down not unlike most other pennies. I wasn't going to miss out on this selling opportunity as I have in the past. But I continue to hold a fair number of shares because I do feel there is promise in the company. The two most promising developments at this time are the Brazil contracts and the significant revenues coming in for the first time. Still the stock has 180 million shares outstanding. There is no buyout (rumors). There is no buyback (rumors). So it looks like the stock is where it was before waiting for the revenues to start flowing in. The floor on this stock as always been just above .01. I can't say it's headed there again, but it wouldn't shock me if it did.
