Okay, here goes:

Price is not a trigger point for me to sell because there are no good valuation models for growth companies. I've developed a bunch of valuation models, but I'm not thrilled with any of them for a variety of reasons.

I would sell if I saw emerging issues that compromised the underlying growth potential of the company. For example, if it turned out that the demand for network security products had been significantly overstated. Or, if the quality of the NETA product suite was poor and customers were dissatisfied. Or, if it were shown that the accounting methods were generating bogus profits.
