Another great post from our friend, Cake, on the AOL board. Also, Cake has let me know that she is interested in seeing some postings on the boards. Let's don't disappoint her especially in view of the good observations she has provided.

I attended the PB Optemetric dinner on Wednesday evening and met Russ Trenary for the first time. He is quite a dynamic personality and I can see now why the company is moving along at such an aggressive pace. That's always comforting from an investor's standpoint. He is knowledgeable, direct and driven and knows this industry inside and out. I was impressed. I also learned the answers to the following questions that have been posted or
expressed via e-mailed by various loyal "Sunrisers":

1. First and foremost, Sunrise OWNS the Sands patent until the year 2013. I was never sure about the status of this situation and it was a concern. Not anymore. If any competition comes along using any variation of LTK, they must speak to SNRS first.

2. The additional 200 patients that were approved recently by the FDA are patients that were required to be done for the trials, but were not yet allowed to be done. In any event, the FDA's approval of same-day treatment of the companion eye will definitely accellerate the approval process.

3. The SNRS portion of the PBS program was filmed Wednesday and is expected to be aired sometime in June/July (I am sure this could be subject to scheduling changes, too)

4. When Sunrise gets their approval, they are in the unique position of being able to present a three-year body of work (studies, trials, etc.) to present to the surgeons who will be interested in this procedure. This body of work may even been made available prior to approval.

5. NO OTHER LASER, EXIMER OR OTHERWISE CAN DO THIS PROCEDURE AS SUCCESSFULLY AS SUNRISE LTK!!!!! Okay, as a layman, here's my best understanding of why. Apparently other lasers must make a wide flap (I imagine this is an actual cut in the cornea - help me here doctors) to correct hyperopia. There are too many complications from this procedure at this point in time. The new generation laser will also have a "head tracking" unit to aid in
successful application of this procedure.

6. Units will be ready for delivery immediately upon approval by the FDA - This means immediate revenues which is also very important from Wall STreet's point of view.

6. We shall be well represented at the ASCRS convention in San Diego next month and that should also bring new "vision" to LTK. Of course we also have The Red Chip Review conference next week in Seattle where SNRS is a featured company.

7. Russ Trenary also indicated how important he feels that the doctors fully understand the success of this procedure. They do not want a patient to go to their opthamalogist saying they know of this procedure (because they are so anxious to correct their farsightedness) and have the doctor be unaware of LTK and how successful this procedure is. I know GARY GANZ had mentioned this to us all in our first on line "convention".

8. As for a listing, I put up my post yesterday. BAHAMA, maybe you can help clear up if the wait is 20 or 30 trading days at $4. Then the application has to be resubmitted and then reviewed by Nasdaq and that takes a few weeks' time. It is not automatic after the 20 or 30 day period. You must re-apply at that juncture in time, and I would have to believe SNRS management is undoubtedly moving this along as aggressively as possible. My own
OPINION is that we may see a small cap listing possibly next month. Hopefully.

9. PLEASE KEEP POSTING! And if you can refine any of my comments/info or improve upon any information, PLEASE DO. I have seen and believe in this technology. All dissenting comments and opinions are welcome as well! GO SNRS! And good luck to all!

Regards,
Cake
