Joe, Your right, Joe has been telling us for some time now that if all warrants, options and all performance shares were issued that we would be around 21-22 million outstanding. I just wanted to add that there are a lot options and warrants that would only be issued if Cyberfax, DCI UK and CC meet certain earnings targets. The total number of shares shown for the aquisition of most (all?) divisions includes the maximum number of shares that can be earned through earnings performance of that division. These incenitives were set up in the original aquisition deals to encourage performance and if those shares are earned, we as shareholders will be much better off even with the extra shares. The latest numbers I have on the total outstanding number of DCTC shares is of 3/9/98 and at that time there were only 14,565,953.
