Tony, it is speculation only. No foundation to the rumor.

Dell has never made such a merger. Dell grows from Texas.

I think it is DGN shareholders trying to hype their stock that hasn't done anything so it will run.

Time will tell but I think it is pure B.S.

Tony: I do not know, but will certainly look into it. Had a quick glance at DGN,seems they are doing OK on their own,this of course is from someone who doesn't know much about the company yet.Anybody any opinions on DGN as a company and a possible investment not because of the 'take-over' rumor but on their own merit.
