Not that my opinion (err bias) matters, but I totally agree with you. I think this merger is a win-win for everyone and you will SEBL grow like crazy over the next couple of years.

I personally don't think there will be an integration issue as there will not be an integration problem. Time will tell.

I have learned a long time ago that you bet on people and not companies. From all that I have heard I believe that Tom Siebel is a man who knows what he wants and knows how to get it. Until he screws up big time, I would not bet against him. He has a track record MUCH BETTER than anyone who read or posts to this board.

I use the Shege/Clam Clam indicator on SEBL...if they don't like the stock, I continue to hold it. So far I have saved myself 150% compared to investing in their bow wow stock of VNTV.
