Richard: The investors in the previous funding are in the hole to the tune of 60%. How many times can you go to the well?

Of course, the last funding was at pretty favorable terms to IPM (no Reg. S. or Zeev notes--convertable securities), and not much of a discount to the market in the stock at the time. Given that their last financing is so far in the hole, will they have to give more favorable terms this time?

Of course, based on the post on this thread a few weeks ago, we know that G. Gordon Rothschild is extremely bullish on IPM. Since he's so bullish, I'm sure he would be willing to raise a few bucks for IPM at favorable terms.

The "delisting is already in the price" is a bit of an understatement! Even if IPM gets moved to the BB the share price will only go up from these levels. Long term the market will have to value it in line with the share price of the rest of the Desert Dirts regardless of where it is listed.
