I've been a lurker here for some time. I currently have a small position in IPM and believe they will ultimately produce the goods. On the delisting issue, I happened across some info on the NASDAC site that may relate. Seems NASDAC will no longer provide quotes or lisitings on their main board for foreign companies that are not registered with the SEC. They provided a list of companies so registered and IPM was not one of them. May or may not be the issue here. Just some additional info.

Does anyone here know the current status of the following issues....

1) April 28, 1997 damages lawsuit against AZDOM. The Nov 14 10Q states IPM are seeking damages of $25,000,000. Is this litigation still active and if so does anyone know the progress or time line for settlement?

2) Is the deal off with Omega for 100% ownership of the property or does Omega still hold the issued shares? Has Omega been able to sell any or all of these shares or are they held in trust pending a cash settlement?

3) The company's possible reasons for missing their Feb, 1998 10Q filing.

TIA

Rob
