RE: CSCO purchase of Precept Software for ~$84M in stock (1.15 - 1.35 million shares).

I believe I read that NCDI owns a 5% stake in Precept. Is this true or is it another Estrin startup?

What will NCDI do with $4M worth of CSCO? Long term hold?

Doug, Why hasn't IBM had a press release regarding the Allstate NCs (purportedly 45,000 units). Has Allstate signed the dotted line? Are they waiting for HydraNT? Has NCD already produced these units? Any help (non-proprietary of course) would be appreciated.
