Toronto-based United Keno, which offered 1.35 million common shares for each NDU share, says the BC Supreme Court has approved the plan of arrangement. The company plans to resume commercial production from its central Yukon silver-lead-zinc properties later this year at a rate of 500 tons a day.

NDU Resources Ltd NDU Shares issued 10,045,182 Mar 19 close $0.80 Fri 20 Mar 98 Shares Delisted from TSE The TSE advises that the common shares will be delisted at the close of business on Friday, March 20 1998. Pursuant to a recently effected plan of arrangement, each common share has been exchanged for 1.35 common shares of United Keno Hill Mines Limited (Symbol: UKH). It is understood that letters of transmittal were mailed on or about February 13 1998 to shareholders of the company requesting them to return the completed and duly executed letters of transmittal together with their certificates representing common shares of the company to Montreal Trust Company of Canada at its principal office in Toronto or Vancouver in order to receive the common shares of United Keno Hill Mines to which they are entitled. Fractional common shares of United Keno Hill Mines Limited will not be issued but shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares.
