Insiders tend to sell a fixed quantity of stock every month,
if allowed to sell (ie, not during merger 'quiet periods'.)
This protects them from charges of insider trading.

Edition 13 of the Value Line came out on Mar. 6th.

2000-02 Projections on the high is 185 low 120

Timeliness is 1 Safety is 3.

A few excerpts: We expect-share net to increase this year by 35% to
$2.45. We believe that strong demand for virus protection and network security will go on unabated for the next several years. Moreover, we have conservatively estimated the cost-saving synergies from the Network General acquisition. If estimates prove to be too cautious, we might well see significantly higher share-net figures in the coming twelve to eighteen months.

You might be selling too soon at 72 1/2.
