Concerning AVNT and CDN:

You seem to have some valid points, but only if CDNs internals are such that they would be underpriced if they win the suit. CDN is a multi billion dollar market cap, much larger than AVNT. If I recall correctly if you add the entire market cap of AVNT to CDN, CDN's market cap won't even increase 10%. So say if insiders saw CDN as overvalued by more than 20%, it might not matter. It could also have to do with the Asian thing, there could be a cut back in business because of that. It is hard enough to divine what is going to happen to a companies price from it's own insider trading, much less to do it with another's.
