3 things on NT revenue the way Oracle accounts for it:

it includes tools which are pretty much mostly deployed on windows NT clients.

it is growing off a small base

Oracle's typical accounting policies tend to overaccount for NT since they ask customers to basically guess which platforms they will deploy on - often customers will get what they actually run on and what they may need in the future since it costs them no additial $$ - the mindshare is that they may need NT and Oracle tends to split the revenue recognition even though NT is not currently used.
