I think the response you are looking for is from Rich Dee >>If it's 45 days for quarterly reports, then why has ALYD still not come out with their official 4Q97 statement. They made a preliminary 4Q97 release in mid February, but that was not official. Or is a preliminary release sufficient for 45 days after the quarter? Because the 4th quarter is the end of the fiscal year and the company is not required to file a 10Q. They file a 10K and the 90 day rule is in effect.<< Make of that what you will.... CharlieBoy
