DuGen, According to Ira's email to me the share price will be to the current stockholder advantage after the conversion. I received the email yesturday so let say the price is .50 4 X .50 = $2.00 share I am assuming that the share price after the conversion is going to be greater than $2.00 I think there will be a news release out next week to explain this. I hope so. Everybody...keep in mind that we still have not seen audited financials so this is still in my opinion a really really risky investment. Buster be cautious out there
