Just a clarification... it will be TX who will be issueing the S-3. Thats how they will get the dinero for their equity stake in RNTK. I looked back on my previous post and saw I put RNTK S-3. By the way someone mentioned the earlier S-3 done by RNTK(Mar 4)- out of the 18 million shares, 10 will be held for future acquisitions in the vault. The other 8 million- about 2-3 was used to fund their last acquisition, another 3 paid off old bills, about 2 were for stock options and the rest for cash. Just thought I'd clear that up too. The countdown can BEGIN!!!
